With our new parent company, Lamson and Sessions, H&H will focus on our plastics tooling capabilities as a specialized area of our Precision Custom Tooling services. We will expand into Plastics specific tooling needs.

H&H Aero completed our first single cavity mold for Lamson & Sessions in the 2nd QTR 2001. To date the mold has set up and run 10,000 and 50,000 pieces with little modification from the original tool.

Additionally, H&H's samples are being tested in other Lamson & Sessions Plants across the country and we look forward to building a strong supply relationship with our parent company.

Very few customers regardless of their position, Purchasing, Engineering, or Shop Managers, require simply a machined part. Packaging, transportation, scheduling, sub assembly, heat treating, plating, etc., all add to the administration and final cost of the end product. H&H Aero offers to efficiently plan, coordinate and improve all of those items over and above our core of contract machining. In this way the variables of buying a machined part are reduced and we strive to make your job easier.

Rigid Quality requirements are the norm and not taken lightly at H&H Aero. Machine tools and operators that hold tolerances of +- .0001" are proudly offered. We are ISO 9002 Cetified since December 1998. Our processes are designed to hold tight tolerances in multiple operation requirements such as Lathe turning, Milling, EDM, and Grinding.

Our clean manufacturing area has floorspace to expand. We are located in the strong manufacturing area of Northwestern Pennsylvania, Within 1 ½ hours of Cleveland, Buffalo, Pittsburgh.

In November of 2001 H&H Aero started a mail campaign to introduce our corporate ownership to our customers. This is a strong competitive edge in sourcing, engineering, finances and all other aspects of our business. In the coming months additional promototions will be underway to demonstrate how we are teamed up with Lamson & Sessions to reach new markets and better serve our existing customers.
