H&H Aero is implementing World Class Lean Manufacturing Techniques. Our first steps are underway to build Lean Manufacturing Cells in the shop while simultaneously benchmarking new machine tool technologies. On December 6, 2002 H&H Aero will kick off TQP implementation with every employee attending an introduction meeting. TQP has been used successfully by our parent company, Lamson & Sessions, and we look forward to its implementation at our plant. |
