State of the art design tools allow the H&H Aero Inc engineering staff to download customer’s three dimensional models , digital data, and create digital information from customer’s drawings and specifications. The entire engineering and manufacturing process can be created from data which can be established, optimized and documented from tool fixture design and cutting tool selection to machine programs.

Machine programs are delivered directly to the machine controls with optimum tooling path , cutting tools, and metal removal rates . This allows historical and revision control of all processes.

Accurate and easy to understand work instructions are created for manufacturing personnel. These instructions are reviewed before approval by quality control staff.

EDGE CAM

edgeEdgecam 2009-R2 (EDM module, mill module, turn module and drawing module) software allows engineering staff to calculate and program precise feeds, speeds, and cutter paths to minimize cycle times while maintaining high quality standards. The software allows ease in design of fixtures, cutting tools, and import and export of customer drawings and digital information. The ability to program and calculate cycle time allows accuracy in the quotation process and ability to work with customers on cost containment and design change for continuous improvement in quality and cost.
